Can two people answer the same customer by mistake?

Each conversation has one owner. Owners and admins can move it; agents take it for themselves or let it go.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The whole app is Arabic first, right to left, and every message keeps the direction it was written in.

Can I see conversations from one channel only?

Yes. Pick a channel at the top and the whole app follows it: home, inbox and counts.
