In Arabic, هنا means “here”. Customers write to businesses on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and SMS, mostly in Arabic. We are building one place to answer all of it well.
Why we started
Most messaging tools are built in English first. Arabic comes later, often broken: text in the wrong direction, numbers out of place, rules nobody explains.
We run WhatsApp for businesses already. We saw teams lose customers because a message waited in the wrong phone, or a template was rejected and nobody knew why.
Hena is our answer: one inbox, Arabic first, every channel's rules explained in plain words.
