Is Hena an official WhatsApp provider?
Hena uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your number is connected to your own Meta business account.
Can my whole team use one number?
Yes. Everyone works in the same inbox, each conversation with one owner.
Why can't I reply after 24 hours?
WhatsApp allows free replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, you send an approved template; Hena shows you when.
Where is my data kept, and can I delete it?
Each workspace's data is kept apart from every other. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
