The channel's rules, handled for you
Every platform has limits. Hena checks them before a message leaves, so you are not surprised by a failed send.
- Replies are allowed within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
- After 24 hours, only a person may reply, for up to 7 days, and never with promotions.
- Marketing messages through Messenger are available to businesses in some countries only, such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Hena connects through Meta's business sign-in, so the connection does not break when an admin changes a password.
